Live 90 Hour Broker Pre-Licensing Course

**Cost is $599.00 for all classes**

We offer a variety of formats for live 90-hour broker pre-licensing courses, where students will come to our onsite class location and take courses with an instructor! The formats include morning, evening, and accelerated courses.

Registration Information:

To register for any of our 90-hour HYBRID pre-licensing classes, please see the individual class links listed below. Keep the following in mind when registering for a course:

Students will be given class materials starting on the first day of class. This includes a textbook and any handouts.

Registration closes at 9am the Friday before the class session begins; for registration after this deadline you must contact us directly. Please note that registrations after this deadline will incur a $50 late registration fee.

Our LIVE classroom location is at 9247 N. Meridian Street, Ste. 215 , Indianapolis, In 46260 (second floor) right next door to our admin. office at 9279 N. Meridian Street.

Refund/Retake Policies + Fees:

Cancellation fee of pre-paid class BEFORE registration closes: $25.00

Cancellation fee of pre-paid class up to the third class session IF you never attended class: $75

Transfer fee from online, live, or hybrid class to a live or hybrid class: $99.00

Transfer fee from live or hybrid class to online self-paced class: $299.50

There will be NO refunds following the third class session.

If you miss an exam (without notifying your instructor in advance), you will AUTOMATICALLY be removed from the class and will not be eligible for a refund or transfer option.

If you do not pass the course and wish to retake it, there will be a $299.50 retake fee valid for one year from the initial course start date.
