We have made it very easy to sign up for all our classes online with a credit/debit card through Eventbrite!  If you want to sign up in person or pick up your book before class, our administrative office is open from 8:30 to 5:00pm M-F and is at 9279 N. Meridian.  Our main classroom location (for classes only) is next door to our admin. building at 9247 N. Online 90 Hour Broker Pre-Licensing Course

Our 90-hour self-paced online course gives you everything you need to get started on the path of real estate success. You’ll have immediate access to your 90-hour Indiana Broker Pre-License online course where you’ll study at your own pace.

Online 30 Hour Post License Course

All new licensees have two years from the date of their license being issued to take 30 post hours of education if they are active.  This30-Hour Indiana Broker Post Licensing course covers core topics essential to the development of a real estate broker.
